Throughout the summit, discussions focused on key initiatives such as the Industry Talent Framework (InTAF), Industry Skills Framework (IndSF), TVET development, sustainability, artificial intelligence and the competencies required to support a competitive energy industry. Industry leaders and stakeholders shared valuable insights on aligning workforce capabilities with future industry demands.
