SEMARAK Training and SEMARAK Solutions brought the team together at Dorsett Kuala Lumpur for the 2026 Strategy & Execution Workshop.
The workshop carried the theme:
“Building 2026 with Clarity, Courage & Commitment”
The year also began with an important achievement. Through teamwork and close engagement with clients, SEMARAK recorded its highest January sales since its establishment in 2020.
This strong start provided a positive foundation for the team to review its progress, set new goals and prepare for the year ahead.
Reflecting on the Previous Year
During the workshop, the team held honest and structured discussions about SEMARAK’s performance.
The team reviewed the organisation’s strengths and weaknesses from the previous year. This reflection helped team members recognise what had worked well and identify areas that required further improvement.
The session also provided an opportunity to discuss the lessons gained from past projects, client feedback and internal collaboration.
By understanding its current position, the team could make better decisions for the next stage of SEMARAK’s growth.
Setting a Clear Direction for 2026
The workshop focused on establishing clear goals and priorities for 2026.
Team members discussed the direction of SEMARAK Training and SEMARAK Solutions. They also explored how each department and individual could contribute towards the organisation’s targets.
Clear goals are important because they help the team remain focused and accountable. They also ensure that everyone works towards the same priorities.
As a result, the workshop strengthened alignment across the organisation and gave the team a clearer understanding of the journey ahead.
Strengthening Capabilities and Addressing Gaps
Another key discussion focused on how SEMARAK could build on its existing strengths.
The team explored strategies to improve its services, strengthen internal capabilities and deliver greater value to clients. At the same time, the workshop addressed areas that required a more systematic approach.
Rather than overlooking weaknesses, the team discussed practical ways to manage and improve them.
This approach reflects SEMARAK’s commitment to continuous improvement. It also supports the organisation’s goal of delivering excellent and world-class services and solutions.
Growing Through Trust and Collaboration

To date, the organisation has served more than 80 clients across nine countries. It has also worked with over 30 partners and trainers.

The Strategy & Execution Workshop also reinforced SEMARAK’s long-term direction through its Vision 2030:

This vision reflects SEMARAK’s ambition to expand its impact while building a capable and high-performing team.
