Based on PETRONAS Activity Outlook 2022 – 2024, there are 121 wells are planned to be plugged and abandoned in the next 3 years.

This is due to more fields have come to the end of life and responsible operators will execute the abandonment’s obligation, respectively. 

The question is, are we ready to take on the opportunities and challenges? And how can we better prepare for it?
