Sales Executive

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
  • Make regular appointments and daily sales calls
  • Communicate with prospects and clients to understand their needs and requirements
  • Have a good understanding of company’s product and services and be able to advise clients about them
  • Offer and consult the prospects and clients with the most suitable product, solutions and services
  • Meeting, pitching, discussing and negotiating with prospects and clients through various channels including phone calls, emails, online meetings, and physical meetings.
  • Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests
  • Understand the internal process flow and customer journey

Skills Needed

  • Possess good communication skills and persuasion skills
  • Satisfactory problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints or needs
  • Time management and multitasking skills in order to handle multiple tasks and clients at once
  • Ability to utilize office applications in preparing relevant documents for business engagement (quotations, proposals, pitch deck, etc)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate product ideas to clients
  • Ability to converse in understanding client’s business, finding opportunities and driving to sales closure
  • Able to build communication and relationship with customer and between department
  • Able to use basic CRM

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree holder in any related field
  • 1 to 3 years working experience in Business-to-Business sales experience
  • High self-motivation towards achievement and improvement
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Salary Range

  • RM2,000 – RM3,000 (not inclusive commissions)
