Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- Make regular appointments and daily sales calls
- Communicate with prospects and clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Have a good understanding of company’s product and services and be able to advise clients about them
- Offer and consult the prospects and clients with the most suitable product, solutions and services
- Meeting, pitching, discussing and negotiating with prospects and clients through various channels including phone calls, emails, online meetings, and physical meetings.
- Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests
- Understand the internal process flow and customer journey
Skills Needed
- Possess good communication skills and persuasion skills
- Satisfactory problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints or needs
- Time management and multitasking skills in order to handle multiple tasks and clients at once
- Ability to utilize office applications in preparing relevant documents for business engagement (quotations, proposals, pitch deck, etc)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate product ideas to clients
- Ability to converse in understanding client’s business, finding opportunities and driving to sales closure
- Able to build communication and relationship with customer and between department
- Able to use basic CRM
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree holder in any related field
- 1 to 3 years working experience in Business-to-Business sales experience
- High self-motivation towards achievement and improvement
- Demonstrable track record of achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Salary Range
- RM2,000 – RM3,000 (not inclusive commissions)
